Blown Film Extrusion
With a brand new W&H line just added to the family, our blown film extrusion capabilities are state-of-the-art. High-barrier, multi-layer films are produced to exact specifications to support your application.
Flexographic Printing
In-house line and process printing capabilities allow us to provide printed pouches and rollstock material without an additional lead time. Each of our flexographic presses are operated by a highly-experienced production team who ensure that your artwork is reproduced perfectly on your material. From simple line work to full color process printing, your printed material will stand out from the crowd.
Extrusion Coating & Laminating
Our custom-built multi-layer co-extrusion lines allow us to create unique materials by blending up to 21 components including polyester, nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene, COC, and EVOH. During the extrusion process, material quality is constantly monitored with our state-of-the-art in-line 100% Vision Inspection Systems. Additionally, our closed-loop Extrudate Thickness Gauges ensure consistent materials that always meets specification.
Adhesive Coating & Lamination
Our laminating equipment can process virtually any web flawlessly. Adhesives and coatings can be applied in a wide range of weights to foil, nylon, PET, Tyvek®, and paper among others. Your material is seamlessly constructed to your exact specifications by our expert operators.
Pouch-making
The full spectrum of our premade pouches are manufactured in our world-class cleanrooms. Our pouch-making cleanrooms ensure that your product does not come in contact with any contamination whatsoever. We offer a wide variety of off-the-shelf premade pouches or you can choose to collaborate with our expert packaging engineers to custom-design a pouch specific to your application.
Slitting
With our precise slitting equipment, we are able to meet your exact roll width, diameter, and length specifications. Our high-tech slitters are managed by skilled operators who can run material to be trimmed down to as narrow as 5/8”.
Laser Scribing
Laser scribing is available for applications requiring material that tears quickly and easily. Our equipment scribes up to 24 lines or perforations in the machine direction with 4 lasers in the cross-web direction. In addition to standard lines, we can scribe free-form shapes and contours for custom applications.
