Combatting COVID-19 around the world
While 2020 presented many challenges, together we managed to accomplish some pretty amazing things. In addition to providing primary packaging and components for COVID-19 diagnostic test kits, we partnered with several key medical device manufacturers to support critical care equipment used to treat COVID in healthcare settings.
New Manufacturing Equipment in US, Asia, and European facilities
Perhaps one of the most exciting developments of 2020 is the installation of brand-new manufacturing assets in the US, Ireland, and Singapore. Two new solventless and adhesive laminators and a new blown film line will allow us to meet and exceed your expectations in 2021.
Continuous Improvement
2020 has allowed us to take our internal operating systems to a whole new level. With expanded condition monitoring of our manufacturing equipment and support systems, our consistency and reliability has never been better. We’re heading strong into 2021 by continuing to provide our customers with the highest quality and absolute best service in the industry.

NEW! Pierceable Foil
PAXXUS now offers chemically-resistant pierceable foil lidding specifically designed for diagnostic companies. This product offering is available for sealing to PP, PE, COC, and more.
2021 Year of Tyvek®
Among many other product developments planned for 2021, some of the most exciting are our offerings for Tyvek®. In the pipeline, we have the future of cohesive seal technology designed to pair with Tyvek® and a brand new high-performance coating for Tyvek®.
